Delivery by Our Team – Safe, Personalized & Inspected Upon Delivery

  1. Direct Delivery by RISCOS’SHOP Personnel
    All deliveries are carried out exclusively by our authorized staff. We do not use third-party carriers. This ensures that every piece is handled with care and attention from our store to your home.

  2. On-Site Inspection with the Customer at Delivery
    At the time of delivery, you will inspect the item with us, in your presence: finishes, structure, measurements, and check for any visible damage. Only when you are satisfied will the item be considered delivered in good condition.

  3. Mandatory Recipient
    Someone must be present to receive the delivery. This person must be an adult (18 or older) and able to sign for the product. We do not leave products without receipt or deliver them to neighbors, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

  4. Signature / Proof of Delivery
    Once the product has been reviewed and accepted by you, a delivery receipt will be signed confirming that everything was received in good condition and without visible defects. This signed document serves as proof of final acceptance.

  5. Delivery Zones, Timing & Fees

    • For ZIP codes where we offer direct delivery, the estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days after purchase confirmation.

    • For addresses outside this zone or under special conditions (difficult access, multiple floors, etc.), more time or additional fees may apply; we will inform you in advance.

    • Delivery fees (if any) will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

  6. Rejection Due to Damage / Defects
    If during the inspection you notice any visible damage or defect, you have the right to refuse delivery immediately. We will arrange a replacement or an alternative solution at no cost to you if the issue is ours.

  7. Redelivery
    If no one is available to receive the product at the agreed time, we can reschedule delivery. Depending on the distance or zone, a redelivery fee may apply in some cases.

  8. Special Conditions

    • Please inform us in advance if your delivery location has difficult access (stairs, narrow doorways, etc.) so we can assess any extra requirements or fees.

    • Make sure there is enough space and the necessary arrangements/tools (if needed) to move the product into place.

    • Ensure the vanity can pass through doors or hallways without risk of damage.
